- Extension of Time (EOT) for filing EPC, Unaudited FS, and AR
Phase 2 – Effective 1 March 2025
- Annual Return (AR) & Financial Statement (FS) under Companies Act 1965
- EPC Certificate under Companies Act 1965
- FS for Financial Institutions regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia
- FS of Foreign Companies
- Applications for Rectification/Court Order (AR & FS) under Companies Act 1965
Phase 3 – Effective 1 June 2025
- Audited Financial Statement (FS) under Companies Act 2016
- Applications for Rectification/Court Order (AR & FS) under Companies Act 2016
- Other exemption applications related to EOT or FS
